The Association books are currently being audited for the 2009-2010 fiscal year.

Learn how your assessment fees affect the association and it's members.

Here is where the money goes:

Ø  Clubhouse maintenance and utilities

Ø  Taxes on the clubhouse and common areas

Ø  Pool maintenance

Ø  Lifeguards

Ø  Lawn maintenance of the common areas

If in doubt about one’s standings with the Hamlet Association or if you are new to the community and have not talked about assessment fees with your realtor and lender you can contact the Treasurer for an update.
