Repairs to the Pool and Club House Sewer Pipe.

 

Meeting Report

The topic of this meeting was to discuss the plumbing problems with the club house.  It has been discovered that a tree or trees have broken into the sewer lines leaving the clubhouse. Which is stopping up the plumbing.  The plan is to replace the old sewer line with a new one running parallel to the old one.  The new sewer line will be up to code and will be resistant to tree damage.  The first bid on the job is $2,600.  There is money in the budget this year to fix the problem and open the pool house. The plumbing must be fixed or the pool’s opening could be delayed. Because of the necessity of the repair the association will be fixing it.
