Association Closed Session Meeting

In-Formal meeting held on October 6th of 2009. At this informal closed session.

 

Michael Haxton was elected by the board to fill the position of assistant treasurer until the next election.

 

 The new program for tracking the budget that was developed by Michael Haxton was reviewed and accepted by the board.

 

The dates and times of the quarterly meeting was also discussed these dates are:

October 20, 2009

January 19, 2010

April 20, 2010

July 20, 2010

 

The board also made the decision to meet on the 3rd Monday of each month in closed session.

The notes of these meetings will be available to the association both on the web site and when requested.
